The delaying smartphone launches in India due to the ongoing COVID crisis are ASUS, Realme, POCO, Vivo, and Micromax.
The month of May is usually we see more number of smartphones launches in the Indian market. During the period of festival season(Diwali), most of the people buy new products.
The number of smartphones launches in May 2018 is almost around 42 smartphones and in May 2019 our country witnessed around 30 new smartphones were launched. however, that is not the case this month. so far, only nine smartphone launches have been planned for May 2021, including the Realme X7 Max, ASUS ZenFone 8 series, POCO F3 GT, and more.
The limited number of smartphone launches this month is due to the second wave of COVID-19. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for smartphones has dropped significantly. Moreover, these brands have been facing a shortage of raw materials and transportation issues due to lockdown in various parts of the country. Owing to these reasons, smartphone manufacturers are delaying launches in the Indian market.

The Apple Silicon was rumored to be under large-scale manufacturing and is probably going to highlight in the forthcoming MacBook models dispatching in the second 50% of 2021.
The exact launch date of the upcoming M2 MacBook Air is currently unknown. As Tipster Jon Prosser has now claimed that the upcoming MacBook Air will have multiple color variant options. we can also expect Apple to launch the MacBook in Yellow, Green, Silver, Space Grey, etc. The Tipster did not deep dive into the specifications but revealed that the Apple Laptop will come with an M2 Chipset.

The US Government has removed Xiaomi from its blacklist after a mutual agreement between both parties.
Under the Trump Government, the US government blacklisted Xiaomi on the account of accusing the latter of having ties with the Chinese military. This would have prevented American Investments in the Chinese-origin company and could have created further troubles. However, both parties have now reached an agreement, where Xiaomi is no more blacklisted. And also Redmi Note 8(2021) coming soon? It could be an upgraded version of the Redmi Note 8.
Later in January 2021 when the company faced blacklisting, Xiaomi took to the courts to make a case for itself. The company reiterates that it provides products and services for civilian and commercial use only. The company confirms that it is not owned, controlled, or affiliated with the Chinese military, and is not a "Communist Chinese Military company" defined under the NDAA.
In March, the US court sided with Xiaomi in the lawsuit and asked the Govt to halt the Ban. With the change in the government, the parties have now reached an agreement, with the US government withdrawing its move. This move will be helpful for Xiaomi to re-enter the US smartphone market.

"By the end of the year, we expect that U.S. Google Pay users will be able to send money to people in more than 200 countries and territories through Western Union and to more than 80 countries through Wise, the company says.
