👉Microsoft to Kill Internet Explorer by 2022
It's the end of an era with Microsoft's decision to retire IE by next year.
For many in the 1990s with an internet connection, Internet Explorer was the dominant way to access the corners of the worldwide web. After more than 25 years of providing us with sub-par web browsing, Internet Explorer will finally retire in 2022. In a Statement, the Microsoft Edge program manager Sean Lyndersay said that "We are announcing that the future of Internet Explorer on Windows 10 is in Microsoft Edge".
"Not only is Microsoft Edge a quicker, safer, and more modern browsing experience than Internet Explorer, yet it is likewise ready to address a key concern: similarity for more seasoned, legacy websites and applications," Lyndersay said. "Microsoft Edge has internet Explorer mode("IE mode") worked in, so you can get to that inheritance internet explorer-based websites and applications directly from Microsoft Edge."

Microsoft has officially canceled Windows 10X which was already announced in October 2019 and then delayed in April.
Windows 10X was built on code from a universal Windows codebase called Windows Core OS. This idea was to develop Windows 10X as a lite version of Windows 10 with a modern interface.

The Government has ordered WhatsApp to withdraw its controversial new privacy policy, saying the changes undermine the sacrosanct values of privacy, data security, and harms the rights and interests of Indian citizens.
Indian technology ministry has written to Facebook Inc(FB.O) - owned WhatsApp asking the messenger to withdraw its updated privacy policy, which came into effect on May 15, in the biggest market by users, two government sources said on Thursday. The technology ministry's may 18 letter to WhatsApp also said the government could take legal action against the firm if did not comply with the provision of India's Information Technology Act, one of the sources said, adding that the company has been asked to respond bt May 25.
WhatsApp on Wednesday said the majority of its users have already accepted the company's new privacy policy. A WhatsApp spokesperson said in a statement that "Our goal is to provide information about new options we are building that people will have, to message a business on WhatsApp, in the future. No accounts were deleted on May 15 because of his update and no one in India lost the functionality of WhatsApp either.
